My friend Trish gave me the idea to pack up a lot of new toys for the car ride.
We took about 50 little toys that were purchased for .10 to .99 from Party City, for the 30+ hour car ride. We handed a toy, book, game, noise maker to our son every time he expressed boredom. In the last 3 hours we handed him the treasure chest (metal pirate lunch box) that we had been hiding the new toys in. He just ate it up! Thank you Trish!!!!
