We went for Jettsen's 6 month cleaning after a 3 month insurance debacle. The dentist appointment consisted of him getting his teeth brushed and that's it.
After speaking with the insurance after asking for a dentist switch and the ability to have a real check up. They confirmed they were billed for a whole treatment including a floride treatment that we were not even offered. I was pretty upset, but happy with our insurance's outcome of being able to select a new dentist.
